Hunter Burns
Hi! I’m Hunter Burns and I am a junior at Ralston Valley. I have 3 siblings, Payton (14), Dylan (12), and Sam (5 months). Not to forget my babies-- my dogs.  I have two, Ricky and Lily they reside with me in Coal Creek Canyon, and they are the cutest things ever.  I have lived in Colorado for 5 years now, having moved here from Iowa. I’m so glad to be here; Colorado is such an amazing and beautiful place to live. Despite not wanting to go, my favorite school subjects are English and History. After school I dance ballet, read, and babysit my siblings. I also take photography quite often and enjoy it immensely. I hope to be able to take photos for the stories I write as well.  I decided to write for The Review because I love to write. I enjoy the style and flow of journalism and my hope for the future is to get into a journalism school or a writing career of some sort. I want to get my thoughts and the thoughts of others out into the world for people to see. I want to communicate with people and give others a voice. I enjoy giving the facts and providing information straightforward. My goal for this year is to provide a network for the Ralston Valley students to get the news of the world and the school.  I’m so excited to be writing for The Review and can’t wait for this year.
