Jakob Fanning
Hello, my name is Jakob Fanning, and I’m the Editor-in-Chief for The Review for the 2016-2017 school year.  This is my senior year of high school and I have been a part of the school news magazine for all four years now.  Though I first got into the class by accident, I’ve been very excited about it since then.  As well as writing, I also have a passion for the outdoors.  I love to spend as much time as I can in the mountains, whether I’m in backpacking, camping, running, snowboarding, or rock climbing, I love all of it.  When I can’t find time to do that, I enjoy sitting down and binge a good Netflix show (my favorites include How to get Away with Murder and House of Cards).  Along with all of that, I’m like most high school kids in the sense that I love to listen to music, and usually am anytime I’m not talking with anyone.  I enjoy most genres of music, and I mostly listen to Passenger, Twenty-One Pilots, and Young the Giant.   As the editor for this school year, I plan to make the school magazine the best it can be, with both printed and online journalism.  Feel free to stop by, comment, or write a letter to Room C2230, we are always looking for feedback on what we do.  I hope that, together, we can make this the best year yet for the news-magazine.
